Republicans believe: The NRA herding people on planes that are taking off for Amsterdam would help the War On Drugs. 
Democrats believe: More funding should be made available for things like stem research and AIDS.
Republicans believe: More funding should be made available for things like preventing Hilary Clinton from securing another term.
Democrats believe: Same sex marriages should be made legal.
Republicans believe: Same sex marriages belong in the closet...along with the gays. Especially if they are close relatives.
Democrats believe: This country is going to hell and we better elect a new candidate if we are going to have a chance.
Republicans believe: This country is going to hell and better the devil you know (and can manipulate like crazy) than the Anti-Christ you don't.
Democrats believe: Republicans are elitist SOBs, intent on keeping the masses down and maintaining an ever higher standard of living for themselves.
